Intervention Orders
Our team of lawyers appear regularly for clients either served with or applying for a Violence Intervention Orders or a Personal Safety Intervention Order.

- Needing the immediate protection of a Family Violence Intervention Order. We can discuss your options as the affected family member for yourself and/or your children.
- Have been served with a Family Violence Intervention Order and are a respondent. We can appear at the Mention Hearing, Directions Hearing and Contest Hearing but we strive to resolve the matter in a timely fashion as we understand the stress it can cause you.
