You could be eligible to apply for this government initiative to cover the costs of your legal fees. Enquire by contacting our team of experienced and knowledgeable criminal lawyers to see if you meet the criteria.

Intervention Orders

Our team appear for clients either served with or applying for a Family Violence Intervention Order.

We have the necessary skills and passion to assist you ensuring your safety or defending the Application. Contact us today to discuss your options if you are:

Needing the immediate protection of a Family Violence Intervention Order. We can discuss your options as the affected family member for yourself and/or your children.
Have been served with a Family Violence Intervention Order and are a respondent. We can appear at the Mention Hearing, Directions Hearing and Contest Hearing but we strive to resolve the matter in a timely fashion as we understand the stress it can cause you.

We can also assist you if you need protection from someone you know but are not related to through a Personal Safety Intervention Order. Equally, our team can discuss your options if you are served with a Personal Safety Intervention Order and what your options are to resolve or defend the matter.

We can also discuss your options about making Applications to Vary any Intervention Orders and/or the realistic position of obtaining your Firearms Licence back if you become a prohibited person because of an Intervention Order.
